When you first book an online session we ask you to enter your debit or credit card details to pay for the session. This card will then be used for all your subsequent payments.

To add or change your card, go to the Settings tab -> Payment Setting sub tab (see image below). Here you can add a new card, remove an old card or add multiple cards and make one as default payment card.

We rely on Stripe to process all payments, which is a convenient and extremely secure system. Your sensitive credit card information such as the card number, expiry date, and CVV code are not shared with us, ensuring your privacy and protection.
