If you've been going to therapy for a while and don't feel like it's helping anymore, it's important to talk to your therapist about it. This may be because you are about to face a difficult challenge in therapy, which is a common thing.

However, sometimes the therapist just isn't a good match for you. You can have an honest conversation with your therapist to figure out why, and they can help you find a different therapist who is a better fit for you. You will then be in a better position to find another therapist on our platform.

Please note that we offer free initial consultation to ensure you ask all the relevant questions from your selected therapist. This will help you to learn more about the therapist and manage your expectations.
