To pay for your session, you can use a credit or debit card. During the booking process, you'll be asked to enter your card information and the payment will be taken right away. The same card will be used for payment of future sessions. You can always replace your card or add a back up card under the settings tab (see image below).
Before each session, we'll take payment from your card 24 hours in advance. You don't have to do anything after you've received confirmation from your therapist.
If there's a problem with the payment, we'll let you know and ask you to fix it. If the payment doesn't go through, the session will be cancelled by our system.
