We use Stripe for the payment processing. Stripe is used by millions of business across the globe, and is PCI compliant, which means they meet the highest security standards.

We do not store or see your card information like the long card number or CVV code. We use a special authentication code from Stripe to charge your card. You can remove this authorisation anytime you like.

We use a service called Stripe Connect to send the session fees you pay from your card to the practitioner's account. Your payment never goes into our bank account. This makes sure we follow the rules set by a law called the Second Payment Services Directive, or commonly known as PSD2.
