How do I know if my payment was successful?

Once you book a session, we will process your payment through Stripe. If the payment is successful, you will get a confirmation of booking through an automated email. You can also see the booking on your Mindsum dashboard under 'My Sessions' tab.

For any reason if your payment is not successful, you will get a notification of payment being unsuccessful, and your booking will not be sent to the practitioner.
