To cancel your session, please follow the following steps:
First of all, login to your account.
Go to 'My Sessions' tab on the left hand menu bar. It will open the following page:
Click on the session you want to cancel under 'Upcoming', and you will see the Session's details page as shown below:
Click the red button 'Cancel Session' to cancel your session. It will ask for confirmation, just confirm to cancel your session.
Please note that to get full refund, you will need to cancel an appointment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. For any cancellation within 24 hours, you will be charged the full fee of the session.
