Our rating system utilises state-of-the-art technology to ensure that the practitioners are accurately and fairly rated. Following each session, our clients receive an email requesting them to rate their experience based on 5 different parameters (see the screenshot of rating page). They can then login and provide their rating, which helps us to continuously improve our services and better meet the needs of our clients.
Each parameter has different weightage depending on its importance. For instance, the weight assigned to 'video call quality' is relatively low as it may not always be within the practitioner's control. Moreover, the weight assigned to each of the other factors also varies. Our algorithm only displays the rating for a practitioner once we receive sufficient number of ratings from various clients.
