If a client cancels a session within 24 hours of scheduled time, you will be paid full session fee. However, if the cancellation notice is more that 24 hours, client gets full refund and you will not be paid any fee.

As soon as a clients cancel their booking with you, you will be notified through an automated email. You can also see the cancelled sessions under the Sessions tab of your Mindsum dashboard.
