Mindsum charges 10% + VAT of what you make from sessions booked through Mindsum. As a nonprofit, we use this money to offer free therapies to those who can't afford to pay. We do not charge any joining fee or monthly subscription fee from the practitioners on our platform.

For example, you charge £50 for a session, we will keep 10% + VAT (i.e., £5 + £1 VAT = £6). And you will receive £44.

You can see all your earnings under 'Reports' tab when you log in to your account. To see the details of all your sessions, fees, payment status, etc. for each booking you can click 'View Details' page. See image below.

We process the payouts within 14 days of the booking date and time.
