Mindsum Bot is built on top of generative pre-trained transformer (GPT) technology with additional layers of our custom trained AI models. It is trained on massive text dataset, enabling it to generate human-like responses to a wide variety of mental health questions.

To train our AI model, we adopted clinically tested therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, IPT and DBT. We have combined the psychological expertise and research in psychology with advanced AI to offer support in a conversational manner.
