The free initial consultation will give you the opportunity to:
Decide whether the client is suitable for your services;
Have a brief understanding of the client's presenting problem and;
Agree on the preferred method of communication (e.g. phone, Zoom, Teams or another preferred video platform);
The duration and content of the free initial consultation will be at your sole discretion. However, we expect the duration of the free initial call to be up to 30 minutes.
When you sign up to Mindsum platform, you agree to our terms and conditions, which explains about the free initial consultation. However, if you believe that you don't want to offer free initial consultation, you can delete your account on Mindsum by going to 'Settings' tab on the left menu, and clicking on Profile Settings.
