We usually approve a practitioner's profile within two working days. In some cases, it may take longer where we need additional information, such as copies of certificates or other documents.

The practitioner will get an automated email once we approve their profile. Remember, it may take additional 6 hours for your profile to appear on our platform. This is due to some additional checks done by our system.
