If you have encountered an issue with a practitioner's behaviour that you have not been able to resolve through other means, or if you believe the issue is of sufficient importance to warrant a formal report, you can look up which professional body the practitioner is affiliated with on their profile page. This information will provide you with the necessary details to make a direct report to the professional body in question.

In case the complaint is about the booking process, software, or payment processing, you can email us at [email protected]. We will then investigate the issue and resolve your concern within 7 working days.
